Elderberry helps relieve cold and flu symptoms.
Made in Canada from fresh organic elderberry juice.
To achieve a 5:1 concentration, one serving of elderberry juice is freeze-dried.
Thus, 1 teaspoon of elderberry concentrate comes from 5. teaspoons of elderberries.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Dosage (a dropper is included in the box with the product)
14 to 17 years old : 48 drops (2,4 ml)
10 to 13 years old: 30 drops (1.5 ml)
5 to 9 years old: 18 drops (0.9 ml)
2 to 4 years: 12 drops (0.6 ml)
DURATION OF USE
It can be used all year round.

Can be stored for 30 days in the refrigerator.
Can be stored longer by freezing concentrate in an ice cube tray. Place desired daily portion in ice cube tray and add water.
Or, freeze a portion of your bottle in ice cubes (without water) and thaw as needed.
