Ingredients :

6 to 8 bags of Naturiste Lemon Chill Chill herbal tea

2l water

Lemon slices

Fresh mint leaves
-
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ginger Pear
Ingredients

6 to 8 teabags of Naturiste Pear Ginger herbal tea
-
2l water
-
1 ripe pear, sliced
-
Fresh ginger slices
-
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Peppermint
Ingredients
-
6 to 8 teabags of Naturiste Organic Peppermint tea
-
2l water
-
Fresh mint leaves
-
Cucumber slices
Strawberry Guava
-
6 to 8 teabags of Silhouette Strawberry Guava herbal tea

2l water
-
A few halved strawberries
-
A few pineapple cubes
-
2 limes
Organic Chamomile

6 to 8 sachets Naturiste Organic Chamomile tea

2l water

4 peaches, coarsely chopped
Instructions:

Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan.

Add the chosen tea bags to the boiling water.

Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes, then let the tea cool to room temperature for a few minutes.

Add fruit and other garnishes

Pour the tea into a decanter and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to chill.

If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add honey or maple syrup to taste.
