Naturiste offers delivery to international destinations. Orders are generally shipped by Canada Post, by ground or air delivery. The cost of delivery is based on the weight of the products and the delivery address of the order. Delivery times will depend on the country of destination, and may vary from a few business days to several weeks, once the products have left our warehouse.

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the country of destination. The buyer is also required to pay import taxes, customs duties and any other transaction charges. Naturiste is not responsible for any additional time delays due to clearance procedures and is not responsible for products refused by the country of destination. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Only orders to Canada and the United States can be made online at this time. For any other destination, please complete the form below.To speed up your request, make sure you complete all the information requested.

1. Once your request is received, our Customer Service team will estimate your delivery fee.
2. If you agree to order, a Paypal invoice of all the fees due (product and delivery) will be sent to you by email, allowing you to pay safely by credit card or through your Paypal account.
3. Once the payment is received, your order will be shipped from our warehouse within a maximum of 2 business days.
4. Then you should add the delivery time for your destination according to the service used. 

 

Note that international orders are  final sale. Any correspondence with clients outside of Canada will be through email only.
