Order & Delivery

Preparation

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. 

If additional time is needed, for example if a product ordered is not in stock, we will contact you within the same time frame to offer you the option of refunding your order or obtaining an estimated date for the return of the product to stock.

Delivery

Our delivery service is provided by Canada Post.

Delivery time

The carriers are respectively responsible for their delivery times. Please note that delivery times are normally 1 to 5 business days. During the holiday season, there may be some delays due to the traffic of packages and delivery by our carrier.

In remote areas, additional delivery times may apply. You can track your package at any time on the Canada Post website.

Responsibility

Once the package has left our warehouse, Naturiste is no longer responsible. After the package has been picked up, Canada Post has full responsibility.

Naturiste is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a valid and error-free shipping address. A wrong entry could cause the package to be lost or returned to our warehouse.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please follow these guidelines to avoid any delay in shipping your package:

1. The shipping and billing addresses must be valid and located in Canada or the United States.
2. The billing address must be the same as the one that appears on your credit card statement.
3. If you are absent at the time of delivery, it will be your responsibility to pick up your order according to Canada Post rules, if applicable.

Package not picked up at the Canada Post office

A package not picked up at the post office by the customer will be returned to our warehouse, according to the time limit set by Canada Post.

If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up on time, the customer will be responsible for the return and shipping charges.

Delivery charges

The delivery fees paid by the customer are entirely used to pay the Canada Post service. Naturiste does not receive any part of this amount.

Free shipping on orders of $75 and more (before taxes and after rebates)

Canadian ground shipping is free on orders of $75 and over before taxes and after rebates, with some exceptions.

At Naturiste.ca we are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all online orders of $75 and more, before taxes and after rebates and not exceeding 5kg and meeting the conditions below: Free shipping applies only to areas near major centers in Quebec and Ontario. Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the package and your delivery address.

Additional charges apply to orders over 5kg.

Orders under $75

Shipping charges must be paid in full by the customer.

The amount payable will be indicated in the shopping cart once the delivery address is entered.

Delivery fees are set by Canada Post.

Estimated delivery charges:

To find out the specific delivery cost for your address, add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart. Click on the cart icon at the top right to display your cart. In the "Shipping and Taxes Estimate" section, enter the country, province and postal code of delivery and press the "Get an estimate" button.

OUT OF STOCK

It is not possible to order a product if it is out of stock. All accepted orders are for products that we can deliver in the expected time frame, unless unforeseen events occur.

To know the next date of arrival of the desired product, but out of stock, write us at services@naturiste.ca
