    Recommended uses

    Helps create 300 different enzymes that are used to send messages throughout the nervous system;

    Supports the use of other vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C and Calcium;

    Contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and supports the transmission of nerve impulses;

    Prevents muscle spasms (helps muscles relax).

    Recommended dosage: Adult (oral): 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml), twice a day.

    Ça vaut la peine.....

    Quand on dit que le fil conducteur pour une bonne santé en général, c'est le système nerveux qui prédomine pour l'ensemble du corps, si le fer est une nécessité pour le sang, croyez-moi pour le système nerveux, pour le bon fonctionnement des organes en générale, le magnésium est indispensable, je ne peux en écrire plus long, la médecine en générale n'aimera pas ça.......

    Je prends ce produit depuis environ une trentaine d'années et il m'apporte que des bienfaits. Si vous voulez atténuer le goût ferreux, prenez le dans un peu de jus de raisins. Le goût ferreux en sera de beaucoup atténué. Vous m'en redonnerez des nouvelles.

    J'utilise le produit depuis plus de 30 ans. Il est un bon support pour mon système immunitaire. Feu ma mère a remarquée qu'il neutralisait les feux sauvages. Je remarque aussi qu'il accélère la guérison des blessures sur la peau.
