How to use

Put the leaves in a cup. Pour in hot water and let steep for 10 minutes. Allow 6 to 12 hours so you can see the laxative effects. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products. Take a sole dose at bedtime.

Posology

Adult (oral): 1 sachet, 2 to 3 times per week. If the desired effect is not achieved, take up to one dose daily.
