RECOMMENDED USES 

Source of essential branched-chain amino acids and protein for the maintenance of good health;

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adult (oral): 1 scoop, one to three times daily. Mix one scoop (10g) in 250ml of water or juice. Do not use with an electric blender, do not heat or cook.
