Excellent....j'avais un problème d'ongles mous, se dédoublant...et présentement en une semaine ils sont plus durs et ont arrêtés de se dédoubler. Ma peau moins sèche, Étant âgée mes rides sont moins prononcées et une apparence saine. Je le recommande fortement.
