RECOMMENDED DOSE

Children (6 to 12 years), Adolescents,

Adult (oral): 1 capsule, three times a day. Best taken with food. Take at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics. For children under six, open capsule and pour contents into food or drink before consumption. Do not allow child to swallow capsule whole.
