RECOMMENDED USE
Helps temporarily promote relaxation;
Increases total sleep time in those with sleep restrictions or altered sleep schedules.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Child: as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Adult (oral): 1 tablespoon, once daily.
Drink before or at bedtime.
DURATION OF USE
Consult with a health care practitioner if use extends beyond 4 weeks.

Consult your health care practitioner before use if you are taking anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, steroids. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal upset
(nausea, vomiting, cramps), in which case discontinue use.
Hypersensitivity (allergy) may occur, in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
