Epimedium is used in traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen tendons and to help with seminal emission. Asian Ginseng is used in herbal medicine to help improve physical capacity and performance (in cases of physical stress). Nettle is used in herbal medicine to help reduce the difficulty in urinating associated with the early stages of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Use

RECOMMENDED USES 

Used in traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen the tendon;

Used in herbal medicine to help improve physical ability/performance (in case of physical stress);

Used in herbal medicine to help reduce urination difficulties associated with the early stages of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adult (oral): 2 capsules, three times daily.

DURATION OF USE

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
