RECOMMENDED USES

Source of essential fatty acids, alpha-lipolenic acid, omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA for the maintenance of good health;

Contributes to cognitive function and brain function;

Contributes to the development of the brain, eyes and nerves;

Maintains and supports cardiovascular health.

RECOMMENDED DOSE

(all ages except children under 1 year): 1 capsule, three times daily.

Best taken with food.

For children under six years of age, open the capsule and pour the contents into food or drink.

Do not allow the child to swallow the capsule whole.
