Among its active ingredients, Senna contains anthraquinone, which stimulates the peristalsis of the intestine, relieves occasional constipation, activates elimination and promotes intestinal regularity.

RECOMMENDED USES

RECOMMENDED DOSE

Adult (oral): 1/2 to 1 teaspoon, once a day.

Place Senna leaves in a cup, pour in hot water and steep for about ten minutes.

Allow six to twelve hours to see the laxative effects.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS

1.5 g Sene (Cassia angustifolia) (feuille)

Do not use this product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Do not use this product if you have intestinal obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown origin, nausea, fever, vomiting and severe dehydration.

These may be signs of inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) and appendicitis, which require medical supervision.

KNOWN SIDE EFFECTS

Laxatives may cause mild abdominal discomfort such as cramps or colic.

Keep out of reach of children.
