  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil or Naturiste shea butter
  • 3 drops of rosemary
  • 3 drops of lavender
  • 4 drops of eucalyptus
  • 4 drops of peppermint

Rub a small amount on the chest, neck, and back to quickly relieve pain and irritation, as well as the sleepless nights they cause.
