6 things you can do to regain your energy:

1. Sleep between 7 and 9 hours a night

Sleep is the basis of good energy levels. Going to bed an hour earlier than usual can have a positive impact on how you feel in the morning. We recommend avoiding exposure to screens for at least an hour before bedtime to promote restful sleep. By adopting these measures, it is possible to improve sleep quality and enjoy the benefits of a good night's rest.

2. Drink plenty of water

The first symptom of dehydration is fatigue. To combat this sensation, we recommend drinking a large glass of water rather than a cup of coffee. We recommend aiming for 6 to 8 glasses of water a day to ensure adequate hydration.

3. Do some physical activity every day

A number of studies have shown that regular exercise boosts energy levels and reduces fatigue. Whether you enjoy walking, cycling, swimming or any other type of physical activity, we recommend that you get moving for at least 30 minutes a day.

4. Eat a full breakfast

Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. It is recommended to eat protein to maintain a good level of physical and mental energy at least until dinner. Protein foods such as eggs, cheese and Greek yogurt are perfect options for getting the day off to a good start. It's also a good idea to add fruit and cereal products for a balanced breakfast.

5. Tryaromatherapy
